The bonding workshop, subject to the electronics plant, is currently equipped with 17 automatic bonding machines of AB520 and AB510 models manufactured by ASM Company, with a daily bonding capacity of 40 to 50 thousand wires. The technicians and other experienced personnel guarantees the quality of the workforce in the quality control of the production process, the analysis of defected products and the making of testing clamps.

   To ensure the quality, the bonding workshop is designed as a wholly air conditioned and static-electricity relieved. All the bare IC, unfinished products and COB are subject to the static electricity protection measures.

   All the procedures, from rasping and fixing the board to bonding, testing sealing and packaging, are performed strictly in accordance with standard practices.

   The aluminum wire, steel nozzles, carbon black extended compound and other accessory materials are all imported from USA and the three inspection procedures, namely the pre-testing, the post-testing and spot-check by the quality control department are observed with each of the COB's, ensuring the quality of the products delivered to the clients.
