Quality Control Section is a functional department covering the quality management and control, composed of QE, IQC, IPQC, PQC, QA and customer inspection reception, with a staff of 85. The section has established a quality control system compliant to ISO9000 quality standards,

covering input material inspection, processing control and final acceptance inspection. All the equipment has been adjusted and approved by state-authorized institutions, including micrometers, electric bridges, oscilloscopes, frequency meters, multimeters, Vernier calipers, etc, guaranteeing full scope of quality testing.

A. QE Engineer: Analyses quality abnormality in the products, proposes improvement and tracing measures.

B. IQC input inspection: Spotchecks all the material in accordance with the predefined standards and prevents unqualified material from entering the production line.

C. IPQC: Processing inspection: monitors and supervises the materials before entering the production lines and all the products on the production lines, prevent unqualified products from being produced in batches.

D. PQC on-line inspection: inspects all the finished products from all the production lines and keep a quality record of all the products.

E. QA Ex-factory inspection: inspects all the finished products before delivery with the view to ensure the products comply with the quality standards and requirements set forth by the clients.

F. Client inspection reception: Receives clients for inspection of the products and appraise the quality of the Company.
